  • i wonder, how was your labor this pregnancy in comparison to the other two. and the recovery time? i know that every pregnancy and labor is different, but i wonder if you noticed a difference you can attribute to your diet.

you are very inspirational and beautiful!!

  • I do high raw food diet, but do include both meat and dairy in the cooked portion of my diet. I ate a higher proportion of protein during pregnancy and never had any nausea. I'm not sure if that's the reason though, as I've been told by many that a predisposition to morning sickness is genetic.

  • who says that nausea is a normal prgenancy symptom? you might have been instinctively running from lettuce, because your body needs animal proteins and fats- read Weston A. Price to know more.

  • thanks this was actually very helpful to me. i have been soooooooooo nauseous! but now i have some ideas how to help that by just sticking to raw and being patient with my body.

  • did you drink kombucha while pregnant?

  • wonderful... u r really great.

  • whoohoo to an honest raw pregnancy!!! every pregnancy i've become more raw and superfoods helped so much. juice juice against the first trimester and third.

  • This is wonderful, to hear from someone having this experience. I think it's perfect that you decided to be gentle with yourself & not judge what you were craving or needing. A pregnant woman knows, more than anyone else, how important it is to honor her body & it's messages. No matter what anyone else thinks she should or should not be doing. Very generous of you to share this phenomenal experience with us here @ YT (o:

  • B12 and DHA are by far the most important supplements. Make sure your B12 levels are normal. Mercola just came out with a B12 spray and Flora makes a great Flax with DHA supplement. From one raw foodie to another, congratulations!
