You probably don't need it for harmonica, since tones on the instrument are made by breathing in and out.

is it possible to do a sort of reverse circular breathing??? to clarify, if im sucking in through my mouth and my lungs become full could i release some of that pressure somehow by letting air out of my nose???

Yes, it is possible to vent air through your nose.

how do you raise the BACK of your tounge? lol.

With the consonant "K" or "G" the back of the tongue is lifted up to touch the soft palate--the upper back portion of your mouth.
