Cheska is a 1 year old husky mix dog. Shes very playful and loves everyone. I was wondering if she might be pure or if she is mix, with what kinda dog? And is it normal for her to have soft cotton fur behind her ears?
Guys, she's not part german shepherd. I'm not sure what she is, but I'm sure she has little to no GSD in her. Shepherds have /tall/ ears, long, tapering muzzles, medium-length /flat/ coats, and /low/ hips -- NO traits of which are seen in this dog. Do an internet search on a Wooly/Woolly Coated Siberian Husky, or an Alaskan Malamute. I don't see any australian shepherd or border collie in her appearance at all, either, nor in her movements, and they're quite different than huskies and malamutes.
Google "Wooly (or Woolly) Coated Siberian Husky". She could be purebred, just not "breed standard". If she isn't, I'd say she has some malamute in her, which would not only account for the flowing, extra-bushy tail, but also the heavier, more plush coat in general, and especially, the "single bar" mask (meaning that the dark color goes down her muzzle); and her both-brown eyes, which is a trademark of malamutes (they never have blue) although she also doesn't have the build to be pure malamute.

It looks like an Australian shepherd/husky mix.
Two great breeds. She's probably got quite a bit of energy, doesn't she? Needs lots of room to run.
