  • @james575730 Try it out and see if it helps.

  • im depressed and have anxiety and socail issues would this help me? i dont want to take medication

  • @james575730 It could be one approach among many for a whole lifestyle to work on your health challenge. I would also recommend you try E3live. I've made a video about it here: /watch?v=6vE9fbVQ0Og

You can also set up a phone consultation with me for some in depth help in designing a lifestyle plan to work on these issues. Link is in the drop down menu below the video.

  • Dude. The only problem with cold showers is that it makes you itch like crazy.. It may make your skin and hair look nice but it's not worth the itching.. Your taking the oils away from your skin, no wonder my acne went away after doing this for several months, but the itching gets worse every time...

  • @Cavin21 Oils are not water soluble unless in hot water. Cold showers don't strip your skin of oils, they help the pores close up and produce less oil. I've only ever felt a vague itching from cold showers... Odd...

  • dang cold showers make me sleep like a baby.

  • @Cavin21 of course its called dairy products, pasturized n homogined sticky useless fat that get stuck in the body n anerobic bacteria aka puss luv it, stop the dairy, stop acne and this goes for everyone.

  • @sprookafook

Okay, then I guess everyone who has it eats it, including young children and straight girls.

  • @Cavin21 acne is puss, if u eat puss it must come out.

  • Marry me.

  • Why am I experiencing uncontrolable laughter when I do this

  • Gotta love the cold shower, especially when it's winter in northwest of England!! It's friggin freezing but I love it!!

  • awesome brother!

  • @SecretsOfLongevity If I may add something. I itched too alot in the beggining behind my legs but that went away with consistency in taking cold showers

  • Remember to yell really loud when your taking a cold shower. it helps alot and makes you feel better ( yelling ) . rubbing yourself with just your hands is good to. I like yelling while taking a cold shower to most.

  • I've been having cold showers daily for the past 18 months and have not had a cold/flu for the past 2 years.

I have heard it helps to flush the lymphatic system hence boosting the immune system.

I always feel much better for it - in fact having a warm/hot bath feels positively wrong to me nowadays.

One tip don't jump into a freezing stream if you are no acclimatised - I was in Nepal when a middle aged man did this and killed himself from shock!

  • good info. except for the water structure and energetics stuff which is supernatural nonsense.

  • I take cold showers because the water heater is broken. Glad im getting health benefits from my FML

  • @Cavin21 Dude...This is an EASY fix....Once you get out. Cover those itchy areas with "Cocoa Butter" This helped me a lot with my shower itching issues!!!

  • Thanku for this video. I want to specifically address the part of "Feeling Invigorated" Cold showers build your "WILL" (willpower) I've been at this for a month now. When I first got in there I was fighting for my life. I had to dig deep & fight like an Animal. It took about a month to calm me down. But I have an additional challenge for YOU. In order to build EXTREME WILL. Do u know when u wake up & it's impossible to get out of bed. Jump up immediatley & right into a cold shower!! let me know!

  • @SecretsOfLongevity

I would continue doing it but the itching is unbearable and I can't sleep at night. Wish there was another way =(

  • Just took one a few minutes ago. I feel fresh!

  • He hot? I can't tell. I was so focused on the message he was trying to convey about cold showers...

  • @werytraveler lol!! =^-^=
