What are you talking about? The entire percussion arrangement is amazing, including the congas -- the bass tones and slaps were done perfectly. Plus this is no Latin groove -- it's ETHIOPIAN. Also, your underlying presumption deserves comment -- congas are originally African (from the Congo, and not, of Latin origin). This is brilliant music created by the Walias Band in 1977, in which Moges H. played both the saxophone and the flute; Keyboards, G. Beyene and Hailu Mergia; trumpet, Yohaness T.

I've been raised to dislike jazz for the last 13 years i've been living. They always said this music has no backbone. Screw them. This is the second ethio jazz routine i've listened to and it continues to amaze me.

Knowing there is a wealth of melody in the Ethiopian music tunes, i should ask moges that most you keep playing similar tunes range in number about 30 or so; I never seen /heard you guys playing tunes such as 80s Eferms songs,Tamirat Mollas, Merawi Yohnniss etc
