Deadlift Workout 2010-03-03. Had a good day at the gym and feel that I am getting closer to where I were before I lost my motivation. Started the day with warmups upp to 300kg (660lbs). Then the work sets were singles of 320kg (700lbs), 340kg (750lbs), 360kg (795lbs), and then a failed attempt at 370kg (815lbs). Finished the day with some reps at 300kg (660lbs).

    Currently I am about 150kg (330lbs). For competition I tend to try to be around 160kg (350lbs).
