You're an idiot, plain and simple. You're saying a 12 gauge kicks harder than a Barret 50 cal? and a .22 kicks harder than a .243 WSSM?

.22 = .2 pound of recoil

.243 = 7.2 pound of recoil with 75 grain projectile

50 cal = 70 pound of recoil

@z7mathewsbowhunter When arguing bullet recoil you cannot factor in gun design. Only the ammunition. All things equal a 50 cal will kick harder than a 300 win. kicks harder than a 12 gauge. Bullet weighs more, and there's much more powder. All else is equal... remember that.

That sucks that you Govt doesnt understand that more armed citizens could actually PREVENT crime like that rather than makng more victims. I have always wanted to get t Aus. @TGLymantaiste 1050 ?? jeez thats slow ! was a masacre down coffs harbour back in 1994 or there abouts but aussies cant really own semi auti or auto no silencers strict as hell gun laws they came in in 96 i think its on my licence card . all thanks to that dick john howard

@reloader2208 Its around 1050 FPS. Why are they illegal. That sucks. I agree that there is not much point to having one other than it is very cool but still. I have a suppressed .22 that comes in very handy for pest control in the wee hours of the morning
