Atheer: Ha Habibi ها حبيبي - كاظم الساهر O my beloved

This tune takes me back to "the glory days" in my Baghdad where life was cramped with love, work, studies, bombs, terror, and life..
Life has moved on since.. but Baghdad doesn't seem to have stopped residing in heart.. and with that comes all, including the nightmares of terror..

The song was released in 1995 as the leading track of the album Baad al-Hob (بعد الحب) for the Caesar of arab music Kazem Al Saher (كاظم الساهر ).
The lyrics of this epic song were composed by the great Kareem Al Iraqi..

Great, Atheer...I think this is one of the few contemporary pieces you played, right? By the way you have done great with translation. You should be a linguist not a Physician :). Maybe just some phrases that will sound more semantically appropriate. Thanks for this video.
