Since 1904 The Bryn Mawr School in Baltimore has presented an annual gym drill celebrating the school's tradition and history. Each class practices almost the entire school year and does a separate dance. This is the 2011 all-school dance to Beethoven's Symphony #9 in D Minor. I did not record the entire performance. Recorded with a pocket Nikon S600. Please see also my video of the Class of 2012 Bollywood dance at this Gym Drill.

  • that's not the right music...

  • @thecuriouser ??? What do you mean? I recorded the dance with that music playing over the PA. It is exactly what they were dancing to. I don't even know how to remove audio from a video file and replace it with something else. In fact I think I still have the program BMS distributed beforehand with all the various music pieces listed.

  • I know it was what was playing but it's not the music I'm used to. It sounds different from the usual music there that's all.
