  • @ProjectIdiot Although if you do decide to stay the same weight then just find your maintenance calorie intake and you won't lose or gain weight.

  • @ProjectIdiot Ab exercises are mostly for strength, building an overall strong core and I guess can help in appearance somewhat but you'll never see your abs unless you get rid of the fat around it. Doing a muscle building process will get you a little fat and then having to cycle on a fat loss process like you said but if you decide you want to build even more muscle then you will have to cycle from the 2 over and over.

  • You need to eat ! If you eat the right foods you will not get fat. The ONLY way to get six pack abs is to lose the fat that is hiding them. Even without exercise you will have a six pack if you eat the right diet. We all have those muscles but they are often obscured by a layer of fat, exercising those mucles will improve the appearance even more and is good for your back and stability.

  • This guy is a genius!

Altough I still have two questions!

    1. Isn't it harmful to lose the fat behind you're muscles?

    2. I am trying to lose my belly ( which is not that big at the moment ), how do I start up a diet? I almost don't eat anymore...

    The Best!

  • Real talk

  • 2 questions:

    1. So, if seeing a visible 6 pack is to lose body fat, then what's the point of ab exercises?

    2. Once you get 6 pack abs after losing your body fat, how will you gain muscle? It is said you have to eat a lot, which can add a little bit of fat. Am I just going to have to quit the muscle gaining process, lose the fat again, then gain more muscle and the cycle will just continue?

This is my biggest misunderstanding :/

    Please reply, thanks.
