Yes, its unstable, its looking like the real deal, but i send the card to Geovision and the told me its a real good fake. i have a identical card buyed from Geovision, and its working perfect, no more crashes sinds.

I have the very same package. Mine did not have foam peanuts. I installed it a year ago and it has been performing flawlessly with 16 cameras. I got it on ebay for the same money. By every indication it is genuine. Geovision is top notch!
