This might be a stupid question, but I don't really know squat about mob hierarchy or whatever. Was Richie higher in rank than Fogarty or vice versa? And though Joey killed Fogarty and Richie and all of their lackies, won't the other mobsters chase down Joey when they hear that BOTH Richie and Fogarty are killed off by then?
