Five years ago I was walking down Comm Ave and saw Hector doing his thing. I'd heard he lived with wealthy, elderly parents in that area. On that day Hector stop the man walking in front of me, and in a refined voice he asked, "Excuse me, do you have the time?". We all stopped. The guy heard him, but his reaction was to say, "What?!?". Then he regruoped and said it was 6pm. Hector said, "Ahh yes, I must be getting inside for dinner. Thank you". Then he walked into one of those nice buildings.

@ISCHNIK Louie is a legend and a very nice man who suffers from series physical, but not mental, handicaps. His "siren noise" is a warning. "Move! Move!"
