Try practicing on proportions. Details like the hand size and facial output is key. In this drawing he kinda looks black XD but very good drawing. You will be very good someday

it would be alot easier if you would use the basic outline stick figure thing.. that's what i do. it really helps you with the proportions. but still nice drawing dude!!
