Sharm El-Sheikh, July 17 (ANI): India said on Thursday that formal peace talks with Pakistan could not resume until those behind last year's Mumbai attacks were brought to justice while admitting that restarting the stalled dialogue was the only way forward. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was speaking after talks in Egypt with Pakistan premier Yousaf Raza Gilani, quashing any immediate hopes of Islamabad of reviving five-year-old "composite dialogue" on all disputes between the rival nations.
