@deraickripper Yes, so where am I wrong? I said Its all about the music industry and theres all about the money. As you said: Metallica, Megadeth, Anthrax and Slayer were the most popular bands in the early time of Thrash Metal. Do you think they invented the name "Big 4" by themselves? But it actually doesn't matter, so don't care and enjoy metal bro. :)

@666Templar666 emmm nope mean, is not about supporting the interests of the music industry, it was NEVER about the quality, those 4 bands were paying in arenas while the rest of the thrash bands were still "small" it was about tours, sales and tickets, that's all, now people think that the big 4" means "the best" but the name is BIG.

@AlExPsYcHoPaTh The "Big 4" are at first an invention by some Metalzines and others who supported the interests of the music machinery. I personally think that the "Big 4" (or 5, 6, 10 however) are a very subjective perception of everyone individually. (BTW: My fav. Thrash bands are Metallica, Sodom, Tankard, Exodus, Kreator, Destruction, Megadeth, Exumer)
BTT: Tankard are f*cking great, especially live. See them again this year in Hamburg and next year at Rock Hard Festival. Hell Yeah!!! \m/
