  • That's why I bought the M109 are those bassani pipes great sound! Really sounds like a vtwin

  • Also, several spoke about the rpms. The raider is a much lower reving motor. It's redline is much lower than the M109's 7500 RPM redline. The Raider simply can't rev near as high as the 9. With it's Max torque coming in at 2500 rpm, it doesn't have to. This is why it sounds lke they didn't rev it up.

  • I own a 9 and a friend owns a Raider. Both are nice bikes. The raider slightly more torque, the 9 more horsepower. They are close, but the 9 is a little quicker on takeoff. Warrior, not in the running. As for looks, everywhere I ride people people come out and compliment it with many taking pics. I even entered a bike show and won. My buddy's chromed out Raider was in the contest as well, so if you don't want attention, absolutely don't ride the M109R.

  • Geez, the slozuki sounds as ugly as it looks!

  • m109r i own one. is the best bike for me.

  • I'll take both!

  • @M109R1800. MAYBE YOU SHOULD CHECK OUT SOME CLIPS OF A NEW MAX VS A BUSA. BUT CONVERSATION WAS ABOUT CRUISERS NOT SPORT BIKES ANYWAY.

  • @bushme69 BUSA

  • @bushme69 yeah, i stand corrected, i forgot about them, but as for the rest of the yammy cruisers, they are not as quick, thats not to say they aren't a good bike because they are. incidentally, where i live the v max is about twice the price of a m109r.
