did u just learn at school? im going to do a level but will that able me to speak any way near to that level?

I didnt learn at school. I was in Israel doing ulpan for 6 months before I made aliyah which helped. Really I just made a massive effort. Ulpan every day and making sure I spoke lots of Hebrew all the time - I literally went to find strangers in the street to chat to. Good luck!
