Blessed Assurance a hymn written by Fanny Crosby 1820 - 1915 (I just realized I put her death as 1908 in the video by mistake sorry about that that was when her husband died. my mistake)this one is one of my favorites she has been blind since she was a baby but she never stopped praising God for the gifts He has given her. She has written over 8000 hymns in her lifetime and they are still being sung in churches today. I hope this video is a blessing to you. I pray God blesses each and everyone of you

When I first joined the youth group at my church I would request this song all the time but my youth pastor said that the group didn't know it so we would rarely sing it... three years later.... I have now requested this song so many times that the group has it memorized so my youth pastor can no longer use that as an excuse... My favourite hymn of all time (along with Come Thou Fount, This is my Father's World, Shine Jesus Shine, etc...)
