When you have sinus troubles and you are conjested try boiling some water and removing it from the heat. Putting a few drops or peppermint oil or eucalyptus oil in the water and breathing it in for 10-15 minutes. Or If you are really conjested and you're feeling brave, take some sea salt and warm water and when the salt is desolved in it, sniff some up into your nose and quickly blow it out and all that mucus will come out. I won't lie to you it is a little uncomfortable, but it works very well, and you will be free from your sinus troubles!

  • You can use Eucalyptus (which was all I had at the time) or peppermint oil, which smells Soooo good and is a little less "piney" smelling than the Eucalyptus, and personally I think it's a little easier on the nostrils. Unless I'm really congested and then i'll use the Eu oil, it will cut through the most stubborn blockage. But both work just GREAT! No, problem, and thanks for checking out my channel!
