nature and cause of the action, demand for bill of particulars to raise meaningful defense against subject matter jurisdiction. Entering a Plea accepts the Jurisdiction! "I simply do no understand the nature and cause of the accusation with regard to the elements of personal jurisdiction, venue, and the nature of the action until the prosecution properly alleges them, and therefore unable to enter a plea to the charge until I have had and opportunity to raise a meaningful defense against these elements. I cannot rebut an unstated presumption."

  • This remedy has, does, and will work! If one stays on this point, "nature and cause of action", they will ALWAYS get their remedy.

If one is convinced to give up this position, as many are because of lack of knowledge, they will become a "loser" like many others who are talked out of their rights.

The reason why this is so powerful is because this is how one exercises "judicial power"!

    Good job on the video.
