@rockakid1 I used to do trash outs for a property preservation company. I don't know if there is any rules or laws against this, but we took all the good stuff we found. There was a guy who worked with us that would take all the scrap metal to get extra cash. The downside is that it can cost time searching through the stuff to find things worth taking.

ok im trying to get information on this but everybody wants to charge you $250 for their "secrets" to the trade do you need a licence i live in texas idk if it varys state to state or what? any information would help thanks

I can't answer that one as each state differs, but in general you do not unless you get specialized in certain area's like roofing etc.
The money you pay for their secrets is well worth it. It is the sort of info that is essential to getting paid, and how to get work etc...without it you could easily come unstuck. The money you pay to get set up in this Business with the right info is peanuts compared to other industries. A francise you would outlay at least 20k plus
