  • can i include a whey protein supplement in a raw food diet or does that not count as raw because maybe the process it is made?

  • Whey is not raw. It's a by-product of dairy processing.

  • there is nothing extreme about raw. We as a species are real outsiders. We re the freaks of the animal world. Every other animal makes fun of us ^^

  • @KINGABYSS111 use Sun Warrior instead, much better and its the rawest protein powder out there.

  • question for y'all: what would happen to my healthy body if i started a detox diet (all nuts, seeds, and juiced fruits and vegetables) and just stuck with it indefinitely? what is so different about a detox diet from a regular 'raw food' diet?

  • It's Dr. Clement not Mr. Clement

thanks for the detailed info very interesting !, and excuse my ignorance but can you tell me what do you mean by raw fats ? are you talking about avocado and coconut or animal fats ?

  • "avocados and coconut meat"

These are wonderful foods. Avocados are great for strengthening the liver, escorting toxins from bowels and supporting hormonal balance.

Raw coconut fat (especially in the form of cream) dissolves fibrous tissue efficiently & lubricates cells to a fair degree.

That said, these two fats in isolation were not enough to stabilize. Stabilization only occurred when I chose to venture into (what I perceive to be) far more powerful forms of raw fat.

  • "thought crohns was caused mostly by a lack of roughage in the diet"

Crohn's is certainly exacerbated through inclusion of cooked foodstuffs, but the origin is generally linked to chemical damage within the intestinal lining.

Raw fruits and vegetables do not automatically exclude one from such occurrences.

  • "you got Crohns disease from eating a raw diet for 9 years?"

You misinterpreted what was stated. My view is that the 4 years or so of raw veganism 'contributed' to this state in that the organism was depleted of viable fat stores. This in turn led to dissolution of vital fat storages (marrow/brain/spinal tissue, etc.) which contained various synthetic compounds/chemicals from vaccines and/or environmental metals. These compounds damaged the lining of the intestine, including intestinal DNA.

your joking! you got Crohns disease from eating a raw diet for 9 years ? I thought crohns was caused mostly by a lack of roughage in the diet resulting in its clogging up then fermenting causing ulcerations did you eat avocados and coconut meat which are the good fats?

  • That said, I applaud Brian for touting and reinforcing the power of raw foods. I have been a dedicated raw foodist for over 9 years. The first half experimented with raw veganism which initially was very cleansing. After years of this however, I eventually developed chronic intestinal degeneration (crohn's/colitis). After losing a high degree of digestive capacity, dropping to 90lbs. from 160lbs. and nearly losing all musculature I was catapulted into first hand research with primitive cultures.

  • In fact, I state 'raw fats' because when fats are raw they maintain the ability to exchange ionic impulses across the cellular membrane. They also maintain higher and more efficient functionality within the organism in terms of their magnetic qualities (which actually chelate toxically degenerated cells from the organism). The authoritative and calm projection of Brian Clement should be overlooked for deep first-hand verifiable accounts as well as traditional & primitive experiential wisdom.
