Just Law breakers in painted cars. Get a Law Dictionary, Look up "Driver" Motor Vehicle" Traffic" "Use" These don't don't apply to most of us, challenge these terms in traffic court and you'll prevail. BTW, a car going 10mph can kill someone going 55mph. I don't drive, I travel. Reserve your rights, Sign the citation...................... With Prejudice by: John Doe. Or that corporate America has taken over all police departments in order to take our hard earned money. Or is it that cops have "lame" jobs. They are practicing the important job of fundraising(speeding tickets) for their police department. Even the propaganda they use on the new cadets about "saving lives" to justify their job is lame.
