This video is my submission for a final exam for Professor Charles Nesson's Evidence class at Harvard Law School and responds to the question: What is the RIAA's best case against Joel? Engage and embrace, if you can, Joel's strongest case.
More info can be found at http://www.joelfightsback.com/ about this ongoing litigation.
Sorry for the poor mic quality!
The RIAA has fought online music tooth and nail, meaning that to get a single song it is not uncommon to be unable to get it in the format you want, meaning if you want it you have to "steal it" often by buying it in one format then "illegally" reformatting it, then they sue you. The RIAA both promotes piracy by its practices, and then sues people for doing it. That's not being a victim, that's called a business model and that's not what the courts are there for.

You should have Trent Reznor talk to the jury too, just to be fair, otherwise you're only catering to one side of the argument or rather- one type of artist.
