Years ago I met Gary Carden when he was teaching a class on mythology in Brevard, North Carolina. I also heard him speak at a Unitarian Church in Asheville. He was warm, funny, and thoroughly entertaining, while imparting great wisdom with his talks.

I've met Gary Carden and heard him speak in North Carolina. He is most engaging and is as warm and friendly in private as he acts in public.
