YEs, I know, I reuploaded THIS video before as well. Of course, if you remember my rebouted "94 DM vid", then this'll be easy to figure out.
So in 1995, SNK released KOF 95. Well, 94 proved pretty damn popular, so SNK had to make a sequel to that game to capitalize and begin a long line of yearly releases.
Whats new here? Well, Iori and his gang are in, Rugal has a new look AND a DM to go with it (NOT TO MENTION BEING PROPERLY PLAYABLE VIA CODE), Kyo's dad was playable (Despite supposedly dying in 94. BTW he didn't die, apparently, though SNK did plan that at one time: http://kofaniv.snkplaymore.co.jp/english/character/index.php?num=saisyu ) and general other niknax.
I'll explain a bit of the super bar in this game. You have a super bar that can be filled by holding down both punches and Low Kick (Or if oyu will, A, B and C). When it fills up completely , you have limited time to perform a devastating attack which depletes your enemy's health bar significantly. Of course, since its called "DESPERATION move", you can perform them as much as you like when your health bar is flashing red.
While the majority of the DMs here remain unchanged from 94, some do have some alterations:
Kyo's Orochinagi now uses its commonly used FX which remain from now til XI (Or 2002 UM). It can also now be held fo a bit.
Joe's Screw Upper uses different FX
Heidern's Final Bringer has different sounds
Clark now gives a thumbs up during Ultra ARgentine Backbreaker
You can now fire Athena's Crystal Bits with QCB+Punch
Different FX for Choi's Super
Thanks to it sharing the same input as a special, King's Super is now SUPER HARD to do
Iori (Maiden Masher/Rage of 8 Maidens/ Ya Otome for Japanophiles): Iori goes basically batshit insane on hsi victim, resulting in a nice blood foundtain and varying degrees of third degree burns
Eiji (ZantetsuToroKen/ Mantis Attack): Eiji makes like a true ninja and goes berserk with a Shinobi-powered combo
Billy (Flaming Twirl): Yes, it IS sae to play with fire, as Billy shows.
Saisyu: Same as Kyo's really.
Rugal (Gigantic Pressure): Rugal does his God Press, but with an added Skull pillar FX
Look at Heidern's SDM against Athena.........I swear he says "Open Chest!"

Actually, he's saying "Go to hell!", but the fact that he has an open hand on her chest would actually be a good enough back up to your claim.

If anyone's waiting for this to come on the Wii's Virtual Console, it might not happen, I mean, they've got KOF Collection Orochi out so yeah. Besides, 95 ain't as good as 94.

I gotta be very honest here: 95 to me wasn't that good as 94, no matter what most say. I found that the AI had gotten a bit unbearable, there weren't much changes except for Team Edit, the gamplay was the same, the hilarious USA team got booted out, and I never warmed to Iori at all. So yeah, after 98, my fave KOF is likely 94, followed by 96.
And people who disown 94 for no reason: Why are you acting like 94 sucks so hard? Its 2001 thats the crappy one. Besides 94 started the series, not 95
