  • The only good way to watch this movie is listening to side comments from Kyle Hebert at Geek Kon. I really did dislike this movie, not because it didn't follow the story line, but because the acting was just putrid at best.

  • Anime are cartoons. Calling DBZ a cartoon is perfectly acceptable. Anime is simply Japanese animation or Japanese cartoons. "Anime" comes from the English word for "animation," it's even spelt with Katakana, the Japanese writing system reserved for foreign words and onomatopoeia.

  • HE ISNT A NORMAL KID HE IS A SAIYAN THATS NOT NORMAL and he doesnt have super powers he CAN CHANNEL HIS KI YOU SIR ARE STUPID. btw i hate this film :L

  • @dmlavery88 I feel ya bra hes like a bad toby mcguire lol

  • Good work Justin! your interpretation of goku is like a PETER PARKER but more stupid =P

  • @Andrewfth Never mind they would have to change a lot more, i really didnt like the highschool thing, if they put him in school fine that's understandable but he wasn't like peter parker or anything like that. I think that they portrayed goku's character in a bad way and made him look like a lame teenager. This movie reminds me more of power rangers than it does dragonball...

  • I think the people disliked the movie because they went too far when they altered the characters and story. It would've been a good movie if they'd done a few things differently for example:

1- At the end where they "clash" energy they should have just had a typical DBZ energy clash instead of goku jumping.

2- If they would've put the tail in there somewhere...

3- If the dragon resembled shenron in size

that's what i would've liked to see anyways...
