how to remove wheel locks when youve lost the key, I mushroomed the head with a small sledge hammer to make it easier, the same can be done with a socket but you have to hammer more because the socket has to cut through a lot more material vs just the mushroomed head. can be done to any vehicle even on import cars the socket just has to be skinnier. for legal purposes only, use at your own risk

My question is, who the hell is going to steal those wheels that you needs locks on them???

I've taken off so many wheel locks from peoples cars over the years. One the EASIEST to get off are Gorilla locks!!! Supposedly they are really Hard, and yet they're simple!!! There are some that are a real pain in the butt, but generally it's because they're set back in a lug hole that just makes access to them really, really hard. No room to get any normal tool on at all.
