This is the second episode of my "torn acl upperbody progression" series. It more or less shows the current level of my muscle-ups and back lever with an additional bonus of a fearful handstand. I am not a fan of my bar skills and I find them untidy. On the other hand, though, the scenes for this video were recorded in the drizzling rain and the bar was slippery. I was also tired due to late-evening training the previous day.

Right now I'm working on the OAC and it's getting better and better. The next episode will probably cover my training regime towards it and the effects.
