Such application with Augmented Reality are already "reality" on android like Layar. But with navigation. Maybe google will come up with something like that. They already have street view etc.

But then, it will be on android first.. maybe later on the iPhone.

Completely useless video. Why place the phone (or the camera) so that you don´t see a damn thing. This video was supposedly meant to demonstrate AR. So I´d have liked to see matching outside and on-screen activities (if you know what I mean).
