Great video, thanks for posting it. I totally agree with what you said about how we set our short term goals too high, but our long term goals too low, that's so true.

I meet with my Mastermind group and they hold me accountable. We just set our yearly goals, and each week we set weekly goals based on our yearly goals. I really recommend having a Mastermind group if you're not doing it already.
