@rashid1948 It's a long answer! First, after 2500 yrs of kingdom we're tought not to decide for ourselves and not to take care of ourselves. Islam tought us that dogs are "Najes", music is a sin, musicians are a low-class "Moreb" & so many other negative teachings.Numerous attacks on our country left us suspicious & not able to trust. On the other hand stories of our great empire hundreds of years ago kept us living in tradition & not progress into modern ways, then add competition, arrogance.
