Is there any danger of breaking the tire bead on the rim? Seems like there's a lot of pressure against the sidewall. Also, during the last example, the hooks look like they're not fully "engaged" on the rim, and they could slip off. You can see what I mean at 5:54. Or maybe it just looks that way, and the hooks are actually very secure?
