I would say they do an average job of keeping things together compared to other Cities with comparable statistics. Part 1 of 3 showing Peretta Twin Towers, and the Two senior buildings downtown, the Matt Apartments in East Utica, Adriean Terrace, and N D Peters Apartment Homes also in East Utica, Gillmore Village and Humphrey Gardens in a separate video to follow in series.
