Spend too much time on the computer? Here's a simple way to keep the back pain from piling up. Just snag a buddy to cover your back (literally) -- and then you can cover theirs in return. I used one hand here because I had to hold the camera with the other one -- but do try it using two hands, one on each side of your spine. Enjoy.
