haha she was exciteded< she must really like water! haha out by stockton utah we have a llake that dissapears for a few years then it comes back for a few, well its back now and one of my grandpas buddies that lives out there got a vid of the whole heard of elk running and splashing through that lake, its not verry deep but it is just amzing

Its an elk calf by the way, not a full grown elk, just goes to show how all kinds of kids loves to play in the water!

@davidwilliam: No. This type of behavior serves NO "neurological" purpose aside from the elk having fun. Why can't people accept from the myriad evidence that animals ACTUALLY DO have feelings and have fun? I just got done reading a book called Wesley the Owl and it, to me, was proof positive that animals have fun to have fun. Ex: Wesley would play in water, even immersing himself completely, when owls in the wild would NEVER do this. He would go crazy when he was not allowed to play in water.
