Sounds drastic and it would destroy the local economy but to be honest I'd say If they could do it for a few hours annually it would be very effective.

there needs to be more accountability given to ppl like the drunk driver that killed adenhart. manslaughter is not enough. he should be tried for murder as an example to those who continue to drink and drive. driving drunk is like walking with a loaded gun and shooting bullets at random ppl. this sad passing of adenhart could have been prevented. rip adenhart.
