i never see the wave and spazer beam together because I always get the ice beam early. so they only time I see a purple beam is when I mess around with the beam combos.

How dare you steal my method for getting the wave beam early! I always use it to kill crocomire early. (I always get the power bombs ASAP)

you dont nessesarly need the power bombs to fight crocomire, all you need is the wave beam to get to the lower levels from a differant corridor.
