stupid doesnt allow you to use it as a ringtone... should be retitled send MP3 to you phone.

Many computers come bluetooth ready now, which is the case with the laptop I am working on. I will update the description to convey this assumption as well as give suggestions of how to make your computer bluetooth ready.

I've always used mp3 files, though phones may recognize additional formats. I haven't experimented much with that.
