@Ebolacrash, ok the scarf piece that covers the face I found on ebay under the name of "camo face veil"> You can also try camo scarf or scarves. The actual head piece itself goes under this title"M.O.O.P.". That is the title for technically the head piece to a bio-suit for toxic cleanup. Also keep in mind that I modified that headpiece a bit, but when I did find these things those are the titles I used. Good luck

When researching the character the only thing remotely close was mentioned on a forum by someone who said their dad wore something similar to keep bugs of their faces when he was in Vietnam. The piece I used I found on ebay for 1/6 and it was labeled as camouflage scarve

using keywords on ebay (ex: 1/6 double barrel or sawed off or just under shotgun)
