With a 3-1 series lead, the Chicago Bulls looked primed to win their sixth championship on their home court.

But Utah's Karl Malone had other ideas. Malone hit 17 of 27 shots for a game-high 39 points and led the Jazz to a tight 83-81 win.

Michael Jordan scored 28 points, but hit just 9 of 26 shots. Toni Kucoc led the Bulls with 30 points on 11 of 13 shooting.

No other Bull scored in double figures. Scottie Pippen scored just 6 points on 2 of 16 shooting.

The Jazz win forced a sixth game back in Utah.

NOTE: My DVD cut off just before the end of the game. Sorry about the abrupt ending.

  • Thank you for your kinds words. Your opinion means a lot.

Unfortunately, my DVD copy of this game cuts off before that important sequence at the end of the game. If I had that footage, I would have certainly added it.

I'm sorry the highlights that I do have do not satisfy.

but again, thank you for being a gentleman about this and expressing your displeasure in words obviously aimed not to offend

if you find any more of my videos are not to your liking, then fuck off and stop watching

  • We need the NBA on NBC with Bob Costas, Ahmad Rashad and Marv Albert!

  • BRING BACK THE NBA ON NBC!!!!

  • @ASAManifesto if the jazz had kept their 3 point lead when they had the ball in the final seconds, the refs wouldnt even be an issue

If I recall, Malone made a beautiful play against Rodman, putting Utah up by 4. Then, Toni Kukoc hit a three pointer almost from midcourt. Utah took the possession and the Bulls were disorganized, taking too long to foul, ending up fouling Hornacek with 0.6 seconds to go. Amazingly, Jeff ,issed one free throw. giving Chigago the opportunity to tie or win the game. In the inbound, Jordan tried a long three pointer but missed wildly what could have been his last shot.

  • I'm willing to bet that's Hans Zimmer music at the start.

  • fk 90's fashion is scary

  • Through the first 4 games, this 98 Finals was actually considered to be a bit of a disappointment because the Bulls seemed to be dominating compared to the razor-close 1997 series, they won by 42 in Game 3, won 3 straight after losing Game 1 and it was all over talk radio and TV that this series wasnt even close to being as good as the 1997 series. Then came Games 5 and 6.....

  • @ASAManifesto YOU FUCKING LIED TO ME
