Parking Meter Cop cursed out by a person in violation of parking in a handycap zone. The man was obviously wrong but wanted to assert his privilege of invoking drama to intimidate the fearless Meter Cop.

@faithisthekeytolife Actually, as I said before, I do get it. Lots of folks have alternate spellings or abbreviations they use on the net. My POINT is that 1.) Thats not "slang". 2.) Butchering words or entire sentences to appear "cool" is ridiculous.3.) Trying to insult someone by calling them retarded, but then mis-spelling it "retarted" is not only ironic, it's fucking retarded. :)
