@DJMasterClass Yeah you're right the high BPM and the melody are hardest for most people to get acquainted with. Also in most genres like RnB and rock the rhythm is what matters, whereas in Trance the melody is more of the focus, and it's harder to dance to a melody than a rhythm. But in general I've come to terms with the fact that Trance is an acquired taste and people will very rarely enjoy it the first time they hear it.

@DestroyerAlexandros I've been listening to Trance since 1999 and now I'm 21. I agree with both of you; to enjoy Trance you must be open minded, intellectual, and have a broad love for music in general. IMO, Trance is on a higher level of complexity than most other genres of music. Most people can't get past the high BPM, it's sad because the high BPM is a main component (along with the melody) that creates the "trance like" state and euphoria. Trance is music for the mind and the spirit.

@NeoQuello i'm 14 years old, and I actually mix trance music in my free times, I'm a Tiësto fan, and I also can say that this commercial DJ's like David Guetta or this new Tiësto, aren't the music that I want to hear from them. I'm an electronic music fan till I was nine. And after saw all the Tiësto in concert 2004... that was awesome. And I've the patience for listen that music, and I aprecciate it. A lot. It's not a fake. It's the reality. I love trance. And I also love music.:D

@NeoQuello Wow man I get exactly what you mean. I'm 18 and I think that the majority of people don't have the intellectual and emotional capacity and patience to enjoy trance the way I do. It keeps me going it motivates me it is me.
