A:this took me about a week of work with about an hour a day of work on average
Q:Whts the fps rate?
A: the pace laps and highlights are 12, and the green lag and finish r 16
Q:how much do u move the cars?
A:about half a hood length

Q:how do you make it 16 and 12 fps on movie maker?
A: 14 Easy Steps
1. make a sm using 8 fps or one of the other fps rates
2. save it to your computer
3. x-out of windows movie maker and get back on
4. import the video
5. put it on the timeline
6. right click it while its on the timeline
7. go down to video effects and click on it
8. scroll down on the window
9. click on "speed up double"
10. decide based on ur fps rate u picked out earlier
11. click add as many times u want it multiplied, (if u have 2 fps, 1 time added = 4 fps, 2 times added = 6 fps, ect.)
12. click ok
13. click save to your computer
14. and your movie has a higher fps rate!

what if you couldn't use WMM, what would you use, I use Photo story 3, but that limits me to 300 pics, and I don't have photoshop.

if not, i would download this system called monkeyjam, where you type whatever framerate you want, and maybe windows movie maker or some other basic editing system to touch up. wmm is also up for download if anyone wants it from what i know, but ya monkeyjam for sms all the way
