I wish all freeway signs were purple.

I don't know how it works in Florida, but isn't a flashing red light supposed to be treated as a stop sign? (at 1:24)

How post be wrong exit!

Cool! I remember when I was riding through there on one of the Disney buses I saw a truck pulled over to pick up 1 piece of garbage! It's also interesting all the road signage is made by Disney and has it's own font. Even the stop signs and speed limit signs.

FreewayBrent, I have two questions for you.
What were you doing in Florida? Wanted to explore the other side of the coast?
Most of the videos you film are in California. This leaves me inquiring, why haven't you filmed Disneyland yet? Did you decide WDW would be easier to film since you were in FL and had the idea of filming WDW while you were there?
Now that you've got a video of Orlando's main attraction I'd enjoy a video of Disneyland also! It's S. Calif's main attraction! Please consider!

@MyMultimedia: Haha, that's a very good question, and one I never thought about before either. Well, simply put, I tend to stick to films of freeways (with a few 2 lane highways, thrown into the mix), and the drive by Disneyland in Anaheim, CA, is simply a 6 lane city street with traffic lights at every intersection. Plus, the entrance to Disneyland is pretty simple, as opposed to sprawling Disney World, so I'm not sure my viewers would learn a whole lot in advance, by watching such a video.

@MyMultimedia: I almost forgot to answer your other question. I was on the East Coast (as well as Toronto, Montreal and Quebec City0 for about 2 months during the summer of 2009, so I decided to film about 5,000 miles worth of freeways during my time out there.

Interesting, did you go by the MCDonald's on International Drive?
I went to the Crowne Plaza, and god was it amazing.

@HoltCalifornia: Ha, nope, never did visit Int'l Drive. Seen it on pictures, though.

Excellent work Brent! You know when people go to Disney World they always talk about this highway. Walt actually envisioned a city of the future and the theme park was only supposed to be a small part of it. Sadly he died before he could build it. The character of Starks dad from Ironman was based of Walt Disney and his master plan.

@eluko79: Didn't realize he had a concept of turning the whole place into an actual city. That's interesting to know. I'll have to do some research on that. Thanks for the tip, my friend.
Yeah, this video was designed to be a "fun' episode; and not to be taken too seriously; the camcorder was aimed a bit too high, but considering the fun nature of this video, I didn't think that was going to matter too much, once I started inserting all the Disney characters into my annotations.
