  • I know this is an older post, but I had a question about the FPA headers you used. How was the install? Were they worth it?

  • @championshipstatus the install was pretty easy, they were so close to one of the cross members that i had to file the member down a tiny bit, nothing terrible tho. the rest was super easy, 100% worth it, makes it sound and run SO much better!!

  • @drumtice Great! Did you do while the engine was in? What starter did you use?

  • @championshipstatus yup, i jacked the engine up a few inches and i use the stock style starter on it.

  • @drumtice Good to hear. I'm doing a total rebuild on my 390. Should be able to sneak them in when I'm ready. Still have the 390 manifolds?

  • @championshipstatus hmmmm.... i do believe i have them, but they were in rough shape. i still need to do a FULL rebuild/build up of this engine. i need MORE powerrrrrrr!!!!
