  • was this filmed by a calculator?

my grand master says that a kick like that is practically impossible on someone who is not already falling, for otherwise you would use the energy you need for finishing your somersault to kick your opponent, rendering you defenseless, face first on the ground

  • @XDPXmoves

Its a movie. Enjoy it as a movie.

Besides, if you noticed the opponents footwork, he was finishing up from a half assed spinning kick, and his feet weren't in a position to be able to block properly from an above strike.

  • The reason I prefer the other final scene was because this isn't that realistic. I mean sure its possible but it takes year, at least months of practice. The crane kick in my opinion was way better. Other than that.....I still prefer the original one.

  • @Mikaykay009

Even though it was poorly performed? He landed on the leg that he couldn't even put weight on before. Watch it, he lands on the fucked leg with full body weight, then quickly swaps back over t his good leg.

  • OMG, it's jaw 1:00

  • this is better than the first karate kid

  • LaRusso: I felt a disturbance, that someone broke my final kick record.

  • "Its not karate. its kung fu"

  • @XDPXmoves That's assuming the opponent put up enough resistance against the force of the kick. The other kid in the movie, though, didn't block it. Instead, he just folded in two. That would've barely slowed down the path of the kick. I have no trouble believing this sort of kick to be possible in that sort of context.

And that's not even the biggest "problem" with the kick, so I don't see why what you're saying even matters, lol.
