@kuehlschrank2006 He most obviously does not say "Überlebensradar" as this word does not exist in the German language. In my opinion he starts saying "überlebenswichtig" (= vital) but doesn't finish the word so that he is stuck with "überlebens-". He then says "Radar", assuming the other guy understood what he wanted to express before. By this technique the viewer is supposed to have the feeling of watching a real non-scripted conversation

We watched this in our German class and we all laughed our heads off!
What are you sinking about? LMAO

German part:
- Das hier ist mein Sektor.
- Das hier ist das wichtigste Gerät des Küstenwächters.
- Das Gerät und das Gerät.
- Überlebensradar.
Translation:
- This is my sector.
- This is the most important instrument of a coast guard.
- This instrument and this instrument.
- Survival radar. [literal translation, I've never heard of a Überlebensradar before. *g*]
