Haha,very funny, but untrue. Trust me Saakashvili has highest IQ of all contemporary presidents or dictators. That's why Putin hates his guts, he feels inferior. "Sila est' uma ne nado" "if one has strenth, no need for brains" as Russians say, that's about Putin
